We recently had a new kitchen fitted by Jem Kitchens and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the very beginning they were professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. They also came in at a much better price than anywhere else we looked, without compromising on quality at all. The whole process ran smoothly from start to finish, and the finished kitchen looks amazing. A special mention also has to go James, the kitchen fitter from ABC Carpentry and Joinery who was absolutely brilliant. His workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding, and he made sure everything was completed to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Jem Kitchens to anyone looking for a new kitchen, just like they were recommended to me by others. Excellent service, and fantastic results.

Excellent quality at fair price. The fitting team were extremely professional, polite and precise. Can’t fault any of the process from plan to fit. Of course there was the odd wobble, but an indication of how good a company is how they react to any challenges. Jem surpassed my expectations on this front. Deal with confidence.

I have had a professional relationship with JEM Living Kitchens for over 10 years, during this time I have also had dealings with alternate kitchen companies, none of the others come anywhere near with regards to quality of product, craftsmanship, attitude of their fitters and the customer service received afterwards to ourselves and all the residents that we provide a service to following the handover of their homes. Over this time JEM Living Kitchens have supplied and fitted thousands of kitchens on our behalf and in the whole time I have been dealing with them, they have never refused to carry out any works that they are responsible for and they in fact do lots of extras for homeowners that they are not really responsible for as they like to provide an excellent customer service to us and all the homeowners who have their kitchens in their homes. I would 100% recommend their kitchens and their services over the many other kitchen company that I have also had a professional relationship with as they are far by the best kitchen company I have worked with.

What a dream to deal with from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jem to anyone. From design to installation nothing was too much trouble with help and practical tips on deciding what to go for. We spent time with the fitters who checked with us how we wanted certain things to work and left them to it. Of course there were unexpected issues but these were resolved incredibly quickly. Really pleased with the quality of the kitchen at such a fantastic price. The staff were very helpful from the very beginning in helping me design the most efficient layout for my kitchen. All items were delivered at the date they said and installed on time. Very professional service would highly recommend.

I’m sorry you felt the need to write this review that may be read by many and lead to the detriment of a hard working family business. It’s unfortunate that you mention you had a problem six months after the kitchen was installed as you have only brought this to our attention recently, following a conversation in which you wanted to purchase additional units from us. I’m surprised by this as the kitchen was installed in 2017. If we were to have heard about this beforehand we would have followed our rigid process of following up any issues regarding fitting and quality control. We looked deeply into this issue and following advice from our Installations Manager, product manufacturer and original purchaser of your kitchen, we informed you that the product was fitted correctly as per manufacturers guidelines and that the unit was not only fit for purpose but of a higher specification to many other units manufactured within the kitchen industry. The original purchaser of your kitchen is also happy to confirm that they see no fault with the product or fitting of the unit (as was the Agent when we fit the kitchen, as each and every kitchen is signed off). It is understandable that you would post a review that our product and fitting is inferior in order to affect our reputation. Thankfully, many of our customers take the time to post with recommendations of our work, that we take great pride in. We have photo evidence and confirmation in writing that reaffirms our thoughts and response. We believe, in all honesty, it will not benefit either party to make further comments. Again, I’m sorry that you felt it necessary to make these statements.

Bought a new build property with a jem kitchen and the quality is horrendous. We have had the kitchen for only 2 and a half years and after about 6 months the cupboards started to bow and the response from jem is that the cupboard was over loaded. If I can't put a few glasses and bowls in a cupboard with out it bowing then this speaks wonders about the horrendous quality of the kitchen. To add to the problems one of our cupboards has now fallen off the wall again we were told it was overloaded but again this speaks wonders of the horrendous quality of the kitchens and fitting quality. I have family members with kitchens that have held more weight than this cupboard and are still on the wall 12 years later. Avoid this company at all costs as the products are poor quality an when you report defects the staff couldn't care less and customer service is terrible.
